Linda engages with her corporate clients through a four-step coaching process: initial consultation, the contracting session, assessment, and coaching.

  1. Initial Consultation: determines compatibility between the coach and client.
  2. Contracting Session: outlines terms and conditions of the Coaching Agreement, as well as the coaching partnership responsibilities.
  3. Assessment: provides a working outline, which defines coaching objectives and client goals.
  4. Coaching: individual or team coaching is designed to meet your goals and build on existing strengths.

Individual Coaching. Individual Coaching provides a place where the client's private self can be heard, honored and challenged. This offers each client the opportunity to create the space for their vision, set clearly defined goals which support that vision and see the results in both their personal and professional lives.

Team Coaching. Team Coaching creates an effective team that is personally and professionally "on track." Highly successful teams engage in both individual and team coaching in order to address issues specific to an individual, and broader, more global issues related to the team. This may include team development with a specific focus on critical issues, vision, mission, goals, roles, team support and leadership development.

Meeting Design and Facilitation. The facilitator's role is to assist a group or team in achieving meeting outcomes, goals and defined expectations. Working in partnership with the client group or team, this is accomplished with advanced planning, engaging participants in the meeting process, planning next steps, and following up as needed as the client works to achieve the goals.

Organizational Interventions. Organizational Interventions encompass a number of services designed to meet very specific client needs. These may include strategic planning, vision and goal setting, job and role development, transition planning, creating new teams, and individual coaching. Objectives and expected outcomes are jointly defined at the outset of the intervention partnership in order to best support the desired results.
